Dr. Utkarsh Khurana, PhD (Psychology) is an Existential-Humanistic Based Therapist with training in Transactional Analysis and mindfulness-based practices. He sees himself as a fellow traveller in the therapeutic process someone who sits with you, rather than stands above you. Therapy, in this sense, becomes a space where two people meet to explore what it means to be human to feel, to struggle, to search for meaning.

His work focuses on the here-and-now experience, gently bringing attention to what unfolds within the therapeutic relationship as well as in the client’s world. Through Existential-Humanistic inquiry, he supports individuals in facing their inner conflicts, while Transactional Analysis helps in understanding relational dynamics and recurring patterns. Mindfulness deepens awareness of one’s immediate experience.

He views therapy as a deeply human encounter where change is not imposed, but emerges through awareness, presence, and authentic connection.
